We disclaim any liability for loss or damage arising from delivery failures or delays resulting in products arriving later than the initially estimated delivery times. Delays in delivery do not release customers from their obligation to accept and pay for the products.

In instances where delivery is directed to another person, that individual serves as an agent on behalf of the customer, and the customer retains direct responsibility towards the seller.

Should we ascertain that we will be unable to fulfil an order within a reasonable timeframe or at all, we reserve the right to cancel the contract. In the event of such cancellation, you shall not have any claim against us for any damages, losses, costs, or expenses.

Any attempted cancellation or suspension of an order, or any part thereof, by you is not binding on the seller once the order has been accepted.
