Not what you ordered?
If you receive products that do not match your original order, please contact us at jackrabbitswims@gmail.com within 14 days to arrange for collection and return, we will cover the shipping costs. You will have the option to either receive a replacement for the ordered items (if available) or receive a refund using the original payment method you used for the purchase. Refunds and replacements will be processed upon receiving the returned products.
Please ensure the items returned have not been worn, altered, washed, damaged, and must include all original packaging and tags. We do not accept returns on worn, damaged or otherwise non-saleable products.
Not the right size?
If you wish to exchange for a different size, please contact us at jackrabbitswims@gmail.com within 14 days to arrange for collection and return. Once we receive the returned items, we will promptly send you the new size at your expense.
Not up to scratch?
Should you receive faulty goods upon delivery, please contact us at jackrabbitswims@gmail.com within 3 days to coordinate collection and return, we will cover the shipping costs. Please ensure the items returned have not been worn, altered, washed and must include all original packaging and tags . Upon receiving the returned items, you will be refunded the price you paid through the original payment method.
Unfortunately we do not provide a refund due to a change of mind, but exchanges and credit notes are considered.
