How long does it take to process an order?
We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days. Please allow 3-5 business days for standard delivery. How do I track my delivery?
Once your item has been shipped you will receive an email from us with your tracking details. If you haven't received this, please check your junk mail. If you need to get in contact with us about the whereabouts of your order, please email us at jackrabbitswims@gmail.com
My tracking says it’s been delivered, but I did not get the order.
We suggest contacting your local post, as they may still have your package and just tagged your delivery incorrectly. But in the case that they do not have this, please contact us at jackrabbitswims@gmail.com
I put the wrong shipping address, can this be corrected?
Please contact us immediately, on the same day the order is placed, at jackrabbitswims@gmail.com and we will try to make the address changes. If a tracking number has been issued, then it will be too late to make an address change. In this event, we will attempt to place a "stop package" request, and if successful, the order will be returned to us. Additional shipping costs will be incurred to resend the package to the right address.
How fast is your express shipping compared to your standard shipping?
Our express shipping usually takes 1-3 business days for delivery. Our standard shipping takes 3-5 business days for delivery.
I ordered the wrong item and would like to change my order.
Unfortunately, we do not provide a refund due to a change of mind, but exchanges and credit notes are considered. Please contact us at jackrabbitswims@gmail.com

Can you refund to a different payment method?
Unfortunately, we can only refund to the payment method used for your purchase.

I received a faulty item, what do I do?
We are committed to delivering quality products that are free from defects and damage. However, in the unfortunate event this does happen, please email us at jackrabbitswims@gmail.com and provide us photos of the item showing the issue(s).
What size will best fit me for swim shorts?
Please refer to our sizing chart, as our collections feature several items that are tailored fit. If your fit is usually between sizes on any of our items, we suggest you go a size up.
